CARISMA ICM data format

CARISMA data is available in both CDF format and simple to use ASCII.  The data available for download is compressed in either zip, gzip or bzip2 format.  These common formats can be decompressed using any open source decompressor (included with all major Linux distributions).  For Windows users 7-zip can handle all formats.

ASCII represents the simplest format to present the data and can be read in and plotted using any visualization software, or even imported into a spreadsheet.
